Ministry Of Agriculture and Rural Development, Lesotho: Monitoring System for the Lesotho Agricultural Policy Support Program (LAPSP). The LAPSP was charged with the implementation of a process of policy reform in the agricultural sector. In the third year of its implementation, PPI was requested to provide technical assistance to establish a monitoring system to track the long-term consequences and impact of the policy-reform initiatives. The PPI team prioritized LAPSP monitoring information needs and designed an integrated practical information management system.
Institutional Development Project for the Office of Environment and Natural Resource, National Association for Management of Protected Areas (ANGAP) Government of Madagascar. The project was designed to reverse the degradation of Madagascar’s remaining biological diversity. PPI was commissioned to provide technical assistance in institutional management and natural resource management to strengthen the National Association for the Management of Protected Areas (ANGAP).
Capacity Building and Professional Development by Imparting Business Approaches to Planning and Resource Management in the Local Authorities. In collaboration with the Association of Local Governments Association of Kenya (ALGAK) PPI has designed, and is installing and training elected and non-elected local governments personnel on performance based management and quality control within the framework of the Local Government Reform Programme, devolved resources management and democracy and political participation.

Carried out a study to determine taxation and accounting modules: and establish a Local Fund for sustainable management of development of post war Somalia. The study examined local government levying structures and systems, traditional taxes, taxation management practices in Bay Region, and recommended an appropriate policy institutional framework for implementation by the donor partners. Designed And Installed A National Industrial Information Database System For Tracking Development Of Industry In Kenya. The assignment included developing a knowledgebase on the industrial profiles, capital ratios, export capacity, human resource base, product lines, materials mix, production levels, and industrial linkages, and installing management information system to continue tracking and maintaining a reference station.
